Enjoy some nice dinner music to go along with your meatloaf dinner

700g Ground Beef
1 Beaten Egg
175ml Milk
175ml Rolled Oats
1 Large Onion, sauteed
1 Teaspoon Parsley Flakes
1 Teaspoon Worchestershire Sauce
1 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
Ketchup

Cooking Method

Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees Farenheight
Put first 9 ingredients into large bowl; Mix together well and pack into 9x5x3inch loaf pan. Flatten top
Brush Ketchup over the top of the meatloaf
Bake uncovered in oven for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours
